Peter has two passions in life: fly-fishing and cooking. When he's not out on a river pursuing trout, you can find him spending countless hours in his kitchen or pouring over cookbooks and food blogs. His passion for cooking developed at an early age while watching both his mother and father cook or bake almost every day. Holidays were (and still are) centered around family copious amounts of homemade Greek food! His culinary focus lies in the exotic - flavorful curries, exotic spices, and pungent sauces.
