The Cheese Whiz Menu Knife Skills taught
A Hipcooks Cheesemaking Workshop! Come and learn to make lovely cheeses, and then enjoy eating them. There is quite a bit to eat in this class, but not until the very end of class, so please arrive with a happy belly. We will be making (and sampling!) Ricotta, Goat Cheese, Mozzarella, Mascarpone and Fromage Fort.
  • Roasted tomatoes filled with fresh ricotta
